Where It Began

Our story begins with countless sunrises and sunsets spent by the ocean.

I would often sit on the sand alone, watching people come and go. I saw couples draw hearts, kids excitedly scribble, and sometimes, a person would quietly write a single word, only to watch the tide erase it in a silent ceremony of letting go.

I remember one day, the sun was warm, and the beach was full of life. My eyes landed on a family, in a scene both ordinary and special. Parents were helping their little girl put her name in sand for the very first time. It was such a simple, joyful act, a way of announcing to the world: I am here. This is my name.

And in that moment, I thought to myself: maybe the beach really is the most romantic and free canvas on Earth.

Watching her brought back a memory.

A friend from far away had reached out to me. She had just lost someone she loved dearly. Unable to travel to the coast herself, but wanting to honor him, she asked, "Could you go to the beach for me? Could you create his name in sand and let the waves carry my thoughts to him?"

That afternoon, with the utmost care, I wrote his name on the soft, damp shore. As the first wave gently touched the letters and pulled them back into the sea, I captured the moment with my camera. I sent the photo to my friend. She wrote back saying that seeing it brought her a real sense of peace, as if her message had been truly and tenderly received by the ocean.

I was deeply moved. I realized then how much emotional power this simple act of sand writing held. It could be a memorial, a blessing, a declaration of love, or a moment of release. It could be anything. It had no limits; it welcomed it all.

And so, WAVE&LOVE was born. Wave, for the ocean that carries and cleanses all things. Love, for the endless emotion we pour into every word. Our mission was clear: to create a true harbor for feelings.
